At The Wellness Room we understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients and accommodate everyone’s needs, we kindly ask for the following:

• 1. Appointment Confirmation

• We will send you a confirmation of your appointment via email or text 48 hours prior. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving this notice. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

• 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services.

•  Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

•  Same-day cancellations will incur a  100% fee.​
